Congregational Care: Chair, David Garrett.
Christian Education: (Children & Youth):
Chair/Co-Chairs, Scarlett Mooney, Bret Rice, and Michael Mazza.
Discipleship & Church Membership: Chair, Jack
Hartle.
Music & Worship: Chair/Co-Chair, Mary Kay
Johnson, Hazel Jones.
Mission: Chair/Co-Chair, Gordon Watkins,
Richard Holt.
Fellowship: Chair Ruth Oregar.
Elected Charley Rose - Clerk of Session.
Elected Gordon Watkins - Treasurer.
Received a report from the Administration Committee
showing 2012 receipts of $277,499.98 and 2012 expenditures of
$257,388.50 resulting in a surplus of $20,111.36.
Appointed Mary Kay Johnson to represent Shallowford
at the February meeting of Salem Presbytery.
Approved a collection by the Youth on “Souper” Bowl
Sunday.
Elected the following officers of the Board of
Trustees of Shallowford:
President, David Garrett
Vice President, Bret Rice
Secretary, Richard Holt
Treasurer, Gordon Watkins.
Adjusted the 2012 Budget to the amount of $280,009.
Set the Annual Meeting of the Congregation for
February 19, 2012.
Committee Night in February will be on February 13, 2012.
